What is a personal Concierge?

A concierge service provides another set of hands when you can’t get everything done.  We provide personalized assistance with all those life management tasks of daily living.   We do the running around so you don’t have to. We can manage pick ups and deliveries, help people downsize, organize, set up appointments, and get cars serviced, and more. For a complete list of services, visit “What We Do.”  If you have something not on the list, please ask. If it is safe and legal, we can probably do it.

Are you insured?

Yes I am licensed and insured.

Who are your clients?

Busy people, overwhelmed individuals, people who cannot get around easily, realtors and parents ready to downsize, seniors, and people out of town that want services in the Seattle area. We are happy to provide referrals.

How much do you charge?

All our services are customized according to a client’s needs. We charge $40/hour, with a one hour minimum, including transportation within a 15 miles radius of Seattle Center. Outside of the 15 mile radius, there is an additional mileage fee. After the first hour, time is charged in 15 minute increments. Your initial consultation is free.

What don’t you do?

I am not qualified to work with hoarders.
I don’t do heavy lifting or actual moves, but will handle all the prep of culling, tossing, packing, Goodwill and hazardous waste runs and unpacking.
I don’t handle technology jobs, but can help you find someone.
I don’t do housecleaning and laundry, but I can help you find someone who does.

Isn’t it more expensive to use a concierge?

Interestingly, we can save you time and money. When comparing our rates to the cost and value of your time, loss of business, sourcing best resources for products and services (we do not perform), a concierge can be surprisingly affordable.

How much lead time do you need?

We request a 24 hour lead time or more. You may request services by phone or email. If you need same day service, we will make every effort to accommodate your request but there is an additional $20 fee.

Do you do weekly and monthly jobs?

Yes, we have a number of on going clients. We handle many single projects as well. If  you need ongoing service, we will work out a regular schedule that both parties can rely on.

How do I order Services?

You can fill out the form on the website or call directly (206) 353-8733. We will respond within 24 hours, but it is usually much sooner.

What are my payment options?

You may pay with cash or a check, or with credit through PayPal or Square.

Will my personal information ever be given out?  

Absolutely not. We respect the confidentiality of all of our clients.
